He taught me something about Excel that I did not know. That one piece of knowledge fixed my entire issue! And, I only spent about 18 minutes on the phone with him. Best experience yet!

Contacting Sony Ericsson support or customer service

Sony Ericsson customer support and customer service can be contacted via phone, email, and chat. Like most companies, Sony Ericsson uses Call centers manned by agents to answer their customer inquiries.
