The washer is a Siemens UltraSense model WFXD5200UC. It will start washing but it won't spin. It stops and there is no movement. the minutes are subtracting but nothing is happening. Then you hear a beep with E.04 written on the machine

Hi Chris I have a Siemens hearing aid it is about 6 Yrs old , and not amplifying at all. I attempted to resolve it with the supplier Hear Now , the audiologist adjusted it and said it is working fine . However I cannot hear a thing , this is my back up hearing aid , I have another from Siemens , but need a back up at all times , and cannot afford a new one . I am wondering if you are able to connect me with the company or someone to fix it . I am really nervous not having it , I am completely deaf in one ear and have no high frequency hearing in the other where I use the aid.
