Slow spin No matter which spin cycle is selected, the spin speed is slow. So slow that things are still wet after the cycle. Have not looked yet to see if this thing has a belt -- I will look at that first. Would a bad motor lead to slow apin? Could the dial/control cause a slow spin? -- Thanks

Top loaders have a belt and a clutch. The motor has two sets of windings, slow for wash and fast for spin. You need a service engineer to correctly diagnose and fix.

There are parts here, but you need to correctly diagnose the fault.
