The following should work for any printer connected to a computer running Windows.

Note: the illustrations are from my laptop and at this time all printers are offline.

-From the Start Menu, choose Devices and Printers. It will open a dialogue box similar to the one below.
25741772-dtqtfdfjcjig55lqmujf4hta-3-0.png -Double click your printer. This will open one of two types of printer dialogue boxes:

Type #1
25741772-dtqtfdfjcjig55lqmujf4hta-3-2.png -Click on the document you want to cancel to highlight it.
-In the Document menu choose Cancel.

Type #2
25741772-dtqtfdfjcjig55lqmujf4hta-3-9.png -Click See What's Printing. This will open a dialogue box similar to the one in Type #1.
-Click on the document you want to cancel to highlight it.
-In the Document menu choose Cancel.

*NOTE: Many printers must be online in order to cancel a job.

I hope this helps.
