Synced music files won't play on phone I ripped two albums to Windows Media Player then synced those albums to my phone. No albums or songs or artists appear on phones music player. The file manager shows both albums but when I try to click a file it says, "player does not support this type of file." I downloaded a separate music player app but it's menu doesn't show the albums either.

You don't have a codec for that particular format. Try changing the music file to a different format, like MP3.
A program like "Any Audio Convertor" should do that for you in Windows. There are many free windows apps that convert formats of music files. Or do a search for an Audio convertor on the Google play store, there are plenty of free apps. Typically music apps won't display music files they cann't play, it just saves clutter on their play list.
