Ilo plasma slow picture display, a few pixels at a time and no sound ILO PDP4210EA1. on startup the picture shows up a few pixels at a time. 5-10 per second at first (across entire screen) then faster the longer it is on. Had a samsung with caps issue before so it was first place I looked. Replaced some bulging caps but no luck (needed to be replaced neways so no worries) Looked deeper. The screen comes up at normal voltages but the color is WAY off. Entire screen has yellow tint and after dark area turns to bright area it takes a while for the pixels to show up. I found out that adjusting voltages with VR1 and VR2 in the right combination the color comes back to almost normal but pixels still show up slow after black scenes. Seemed faster though. After all was said and done, Vs was decreased to 165 (185 is recommended) and Va was decreased to 68. That was best picture i could get but still had issue with slow to display pixels. Also getting no sound. At first I assumed that was a separate issue but not so sure now. any help would be appreciated. Hope thats enough detail to narrow it down a bit.

Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
