I purchased a Philips Sonicare 9300 3/15/2021. It doesn’t seem to hold a charge for more than 1/4 of my mouth which I count to ten back and forth motions front and back in each quarter of my mouth. Then it begins that “humming” noise with no vibrations. It doesn’t seem to take the charge when it is in the glass. To get it to charge at all I must put it in the plastic holder on top of the metal charger. Then it only holds the charge for 1/4 of my mouth. SN99021C09987 Model HX990301
