I am not sure if it is my computer or my printer that are not working well. I tried getting help from HP Envy but I can't get through with some problems I am having. The printer stops printing even though I have enough paper in the tray, I put more paper then it starts working, but it happens all the time. Now, I also would like to buy some ink from HP and cannot get through.
