In case you have more than 25 licenses, you’ll be required to contact the Microsft team directly to cancel the subscription. But, in case you have less than that, you can cancel on your own.
How to cancel the Microsoft Office 365 Business subscription via desktop?
Step 1: Make sure that you have access to the admin center as a Billing or Global admin, in order to cancel the subscription.
Step 2: Remove the added domain name from the Microsoft 365 platform.
Step 3: Access the admin center.
Step 4: Select, “Billing” from the menu near the left side of the screen.
Step 5: Then, another sub-menu will open up, under the “Billing”. Here, select, “Your Product”.
Step 6: Next, click on the “Products”. To access the list of subscriptions purchased from Microsoft. Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
Step 7: For the opened subscription, select the three dots to open up more action options.
Step 8: Select, “Cancel Subscription”.
Step 9: Select, “Save”. And you have successfully canceled your subscription.
Note that the subscription will not immediately disappear. It will decrease the number of features until it’s disabled completely.

How to Cancel Microsoft Office Free Trial on Android?
You can cancel the subscription only if you have bought the subscription from the Google Play store.
Step 1: Open up the Google Play store app on your Android device.
Step 2: Click on the hamburger menu from the left top corner of your screen.
Step 3: From the menu, select, “Subscriptions”.
Step 4: A list of subscriptions will open up on your screen, select the subscription that you want to cancel.
Note: In case you don’t find your subscription here, even when you bought it from the Google play store, contact Google Play customer care, and they will help you out.

How to Cancel Microsoft Office Free Trial on iOS?
Step 1: Open up the “Settings” app on your iOS device.
Step 2: Scroll through the menu, and select, “iTunes & App Store”.
Step 3: Click on your Apple ID from the top of the screen.
Step 4: A pop-up will appear on your screen, from the pop-up select, “View Apple ID”.
Step 5: Log into your account using the credentials. And select, “Subscriptions” to open up the list of subscriptions.
Step 6: Select the Microsoft Office subscription, select, “Cancel Subscription”, and follow the prompted process to cancel the subscription.
