Step 2: Then, dial 1-877-453-1304 to speak with a T-mobile representative to close your account. You will be required to have all the details of your account at T-mobiles with you. So, you can cancel the wireless service hassle-free.
How to cancel T-mobile Prepaid Plan?
T-mobile Prepaid Plan is not refundable. You can call 1-877-453-1304 to speak with a T-mobile representative and ask them to close your account once it runs out.
You can switch to a smaller plan and can keep your mobile number active along with the sim card.

How to cancel T mobile Autopay?
Step 1: First, choose the internet network symbol option on your device. Then, select “T-mobile”.
Step 2: Select, “View my Account”.
Step 3: Your My Account page will open up in front of you. Scroll down the page, from the bottom of the page select, “Contact Us”.
Step 4: Call on the given number to talk with the T-mobile representative of your region and the representative will help you with the process of canceling Autopay.
