How do I cancel my membership online?

Step 1: Open up the Kroger website and log into your account.

Step 2: On the opened home page, select, “Account” to go to the Account Settings page.

Step 3: Scroll down the opened page, and go to, the “Account Options” section. Click the “Cancel And Delete Account” button.

Note: This will permanently delete your account. And you won’t be able to ever log in or recover this account.

Step 4: A new page will open up in front of you, asking for reasons that made you delete the account. Choose a reason, and confirm your decision to delete the account.

How do I remove members from my Family Membership?

Step 1: Open up the Kroger website and log into your account.

Step 2: Click, “Account” to open up the “Account Settings” page.


Step 3: Select, “Manage Members”.


Step 4: Now for the members that you want to remove, click on the trash-can adjacent to their membership.


Step 5: Confirm your decision to delete the member.


Note: The Family Membership plan can only support 5 additional members. And deleting and adding different members can get your account banned.

How do I view my purchase/savings history?

Step 1: Open up the Kroger website and log into your account.

Step 2: Click on the hamburger menu, near the left top corner of your screen.


Step 3: Select “Your Purchases” in the menu.


Step 4: Now, all your purchases will be available on your screen.
