Like all email services, AOL allows you to block unwanted emails. You can mark the email as spam on your mobile app or you can add the sender to the blocked sender list in case you’re using a web browser. Here’s how you can do it:

Steps for blocking emails on the web browser

  1. Launch your browser and open AOL mail. Click on the options button in the upper right corner of the page
  2. Select mail settings from the drop-down menu that appears
  1. On the following page, click “Block senders” on the navigation pane on the left side of the screen.
  2. Enter the email address that you want to block and press enter or return option or “+” to add to blocked mails. Repeat these steps for as many emails as you want to block

Steps for blocking emails on the mobile app

  1. Launch the app and tap an email from the sender you want to block
  2. Tap on the three-dot icon at the bottom of the screen and select “Mark as spam”
  1. Repeat these steps for as many emails as you want to mark spam
