How to add a header or footer in Google Docs On desktop?
Step 1: Head to the Google Docs.
Step 2: Now, you can either create a new doc or open the existing doc.
Step 3: Click “Insert”< “Headers & footers”, and then select, either Header or Footer.
Step 4: Move your cursor to the header or footer, and double-click to write or add an image.
How to create a different Head or Footer for every page on Desktop?
Step 1: After typing in the content in the current (For which you don’t want to change the Header or Footer), select, “Insert” from the menu bar.
Step 2: Select, “Break”< “ Section Break”.
Step 3: Now go to the next page for which you want to change the Header or Footer.
Step 4: Doble click on the Footer or Header, and uncheck the box for, “Link to Previous”.
Step 5: Type in the text.
How to create a different Head or Footer for every page on the Phone?
Step 1: Access the Google docs app on your iOS or Android phone.
Step 2: Click on the pencil.
Step 3: Click on the three dots near the top right corner of the screen, to open up an overflow menu.
Step 4: Toggle on the switch for the Print Layout button.
Step 5: Tap the Header or the Footer area to edit it.
