Deleting a Zoom account is super easy if you are using it for free.
Step1: Open up the Zoom website in your web browser and log in to your account.
Step 2: Then go to, “My Account”. Here, select, “Account management” and go to “Account profile”.
Step 3: Here, you will find basic information related to your account. And just below the information, you will find a button, “ Terminate My Account”, to terminate your account.
Step 4: After selecting the, “Terminate My Account”, A pop-up will appear in front of you to ask for confirmation.
Step 5: Just chill! It’s been done.
How to cancel a Zoom subscription?
Step 1: Open up the zoom website in your browser and go to, “My Account”.
Step 2: Now, select, “Billing” from the built-in menu visible at the left screen of your device.
Step 3: Now you will be taken to your current plans, consisting of all the details regarding your subscription. Here, you will find an option of, “Cancel Subscription”. Select, “Cancel Subscription” to cancel the subscription.
Step 4: Now, Zoom will one more time ask for confirmation, with a deadline to download all the recordings from your Zoom account as they will be deleted forever after the expiration of this period.
Note: You will not be automatically billed for the next billing cycle from Zoom, but you will be able to use Zoom for the remaining time of your current cycle.
How to Cancel a Zoom Meeting?
Once in a while, such scenarios are possible to occur when you have to cancel your Zoom meeting and reschedule on a later date.
But, as literally, the whole world has moved online, people are tight-packed managing home and work, and won’t be available soon.
So, avoid canceling meetings if it’s not an urgency & always send an email to all the attendees informing them regarding the cancellation & if they are available at some other time.
Now, how to cancel the Zoom meeting:
Step 1: Launch the Zoom on your device and go to the “Meetings”.
Step 2: All of Your upcoming meetings will show on the right side of your screen. Select the meeting you would like to cancel.
Step 3: The selected meeting will appear with 4 different options:

Step 4: After selecting, “Delete”, Zoom will send a pop-up telling you that you can recover the meeting within 7 days from the “Recently Deleted” page.
Below the message, you will find the, “Yes”, and “No” buttons.
And that’s how you cancel a meeting. Now send an email informing all attendees regarding the cancellation.
