How to edit your signature in Outlook via Desktop?
In case you want to permanently change your signature in the Outlook messages, you can most definitely do it, via the “Signatures and Stationery” dialog box.
Step 1: First of all open up Outlook on your device, and click on the “New Email” option from the above bar, to open up a new blank email message on your screen.
Step 2: Next, look for the “Signature” in the ribbon bar over this email message, and then select, “Signatures….”.
Step 3: Then, on the screen, you will see that under “Select signatures to edit”, you can pick the signature you want to change.
Step 4: After that in the “edit signature” section, you can edit the signature, as you like.
Step 5: Once you are satisfied with all the changes, click, “OK”.
How to Edit Your Signature in Outlook for Mobile?
If you have decided to change Your Signature in the Outlook app, then be aware that you will have limited options to edit the signature as per your requirements.
Step 1: Launch the Outlook app, and tap on the menu icon near the top left corner of your screen.
Step 2: Then, select the gear icon, visible in the menu, to open up the Settings page.
Step 3: Then, scroll down the Settings menu on the left side of your screen, to find the “Signature”, under the Mail section.
Step 4: Create your signature, as per the requirement.
Step 5: Hit, “Done”.
Note: Now, every time you will create a new email to write, your signature will appear near the bottom.
How to Create Your Signature in Outlook for Desktop?
Step 1: Open up the Outlook app on your Desktop, and directly go to the ”File”.
Step 2: Then, select “Options”.
Step 3: In the popped window, select, “Mail” from the side menu bar near the left side of the screen.
Step 4: Select, “Signatures…”.
Step 5: You will now find yourself in the new window, “Signatures and Stationery”. Here, click “New”, to create a new signature.
Step 6: Type in a relevant name for the signature. Remember you can create as many signatures as you like.
Step 7: Create and edit the signature, in the “Edit Panel” as per your like.
Step 8: The drop-down menu, “Choose default signature”, will let you select the purpose of the signature. Basically, when would you like to send this signature in the messages.
Step 9: Select OK.
