Received package of DEATH IN PARADISE DVDs for my husbands 74 birthday! He opened package yesterday.... put in to play and lo! and behold! the dvds were in German and would not play on our USA dvd player. Would like to return, but only way to do this is via ME paying return postage. Please advise.

We by mistake sent money to our Granddaughter to her phone number & not the correct account number. The $1000 got taken out of our bank account & now she doesn't have access to that money that she needs desperately. She asked someone via chat & is not getting any where.
