I paid for SquareTrade warranty for my watch on eBay paid 1499 and I'm trying to make a claim and I keep asking me

I need to find the lights that I bought back in 2018 I have a SquareTrade deal on them but I'm not sure exactly which brand they are I had four of them go bad so I need to find out which ones they are so I can replace them oh, I do not want to pay $15 a month because I rarely call you guys

I just received a refund from eBay for an Amazon Echo 2nd generation but I did not get my refund of $7.50 from SquareTrade ,how do I get that warranty refund from SquareTrade in the amount of $7.50 back ?I sent an email yesterday to eBay but have not heard back from anyone
