4/5/21 sometime after 8pm I requested a Lyft. When the driver arrived I was on my way out and sent him a message saying “Be right there”. When I came outside, he was nowhere in site. I looked to my phone and he had cancelled my ride. There was an ambulance parked outside, so I assumed there was a little traffic and perhaps that was the reasoning for the cancellation. When I tried to request another Lyft, I received a notification that my account was suspended due to not wearing a mask and not following covid guidelines. I never met the driver. He never communicated with me, not even when I messaged him. I can assure you that I was wearing a mask, and so were my two children. The building I left from has cameras in the halls as well as outside, so that can be proven. I am an avid Lyft user and I’ve never had this issue. Along with the notification, I received an email stating that there have been multiple incidents like this with my account and if it continues my account will be deactivated? I’ve never received an email about issues with my rides, and this is the first time my account has been suspended. I would like to know—why did he lie about meeting me without a mask? Id also like to know, what other incidents was this email referring to? It is extremely frustrating and honestly I’m appalled with the accusation. I lost a parent due to covid, and I take those precautions very seriously. The ride is no longer listed on the trips on my account but I added photos with the email as well as the notifications.

Hello Chris, my name is Yvette Maldonado, I just had a horrible experience in a lyft and I am a avid lyft user. I do not drive so this is my mode of transportation and the way the driver spoke and did not listen to me was very rude. I've been using lyft for over 2 years, never once had a problem.

My shopper just finished and was unable to add alcohol to my order because i needed to add my birthday to my account. I've been a avid shopper for a few years and order alcohol quite a bit. I tried to see what he needed me to do, there was nowhere to add it. He didn't fill my order and I'm not happy.

I don't need help with anything but just thought you should know what happened today at your Hobby Lobby in Marion, Ohio. I was looking for some tracing paper for quilting and I rang the bell and this girl came and she had no idea what I was talking about and then proceeded to tell me that they didn't even have anyone that was working the sewing department. So I said ok. I wasn't happy but I know things happen. I found a sign that I wanted to get for my grandson who is 22 and avid hunter. It was like 25.00. The sign above it said 50% off. I told the girl at the register that it was suppose to be 50% off. She was really a sarcastic and demeaning person.. I am 68 years old and just was taken back that someone would be so nasty. Needless to say I walked away from that and from the other things she was saying. She was very nasty. Her name was Olivia. This happened at 280 McMahon Blvd. Marion, Ohio. Store number 381. I buy a lot of stuff there and so do other people that I know. I think she should not be a cashier as her personality is nasty and just mean. I know nothing will probably be done about this but I just thought you should know what is going on in your Marion store. It really really upset me. Thank you for listening. Dixie Baer, P.O. My daughter ordered groceries for me and they brought 2 bags of groceries and they charged her $75. I went thru and totaled the groceries up and at the most there was only $37 worth of groceries. I’m an avid aldis grocery shopper for a long time, almost since it’s been open in Logansport, In. I asked the delivery guy if that was all he had for me and he said yes. My daughter pretty much got charged double for what groceries I actually received.
