My 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee is having SKIM issues

I have a 2005 Jeep Grand Cher that’s been having stalling issues due to the SKIM, it works half the time other times it doesn’t. I went in and removed the skim from the ignition but it’s still stalling at start

I would like to return a few items we received last Sept, My husband is getting too old to work on our old jeep and we are not able to use the parts i know it is too long ago but thought you might make an exception the boxes have not been oened.

I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty I got the water pump the thermostat the heater core and the heater motor because I'm not getting heat and my father-in-law that works for Graff Chevrolet said I didn't need those that it could be the switch or some kind of little door that is keeping it from heating up and when I turn on the car or the Jeep I get a little bit of heat but then the heat goes away and becomes cold what could it be if I got all those parts and I didn't need them
