Damon canceled my trip on 2/16 because he would not go through a puddle near the driveway!!!! My neighbor has a tiny Mitsubishi and can go through the puddle ANY time!!! If he would have offered to help me carry my laundry to the pavement of the driveway where his car was parked I would have walked to his car and given him a larger tip. Instead he canceled and drove off. This was poor service and lack of communication!!!! I feel I should get the ENTIRE refund!!!
