I receive Social Security via a Payee. He does not approve the Internet for religious reasons. He refuses to allow me to join any plan that provides a path to the Internet. I have to have access to the Internet because I am working on my Masters degree. Is there any kind of free access to the Internet? Right now I am logged in via a piggy-back connection provided by one of my study group members. She has to pay for both of us.
