Chris, I just told you all about my problem..............the box we don't want. I do NOT want to talk to your tech & pay money to do so. What else can we do. There is supposedly a return request in our ebay box........................I don't know what or where that is to be found. All I want to do is return this box to you & get my refund of $501.66.
