Thank you. Cellphone died 7-8 weeks ago, was unable to retrieve old cellphone acct. Setting up a new cell, Tmobile stated I needed this desktop email/password, but I don't know it. I keep getting prompt "Your charter acct settings are outdated." Can you help me retrieve acct? As you can see, I haven't been able to access FB on here either. Everything else seems ok.
