Hi-my cell # is 650 248 0249. i requested a pick up in los altos ca yesterday with very clear instructions where i was. The driver ignored the instructions and because he could not find me. he canceled the trip. I was charge 6.00 cancel fee. i would like that refunded since it was not my fault.
