I made a purchase from Walmart for sewing machine for the amount of 71 $79.71 on my debit card through PayPal the sewing machine was malfunctioning there for Walmart refund my $79.71 on the 15 which went to pay pal ,that has a 0 balance. Why hasn't PayPal returned my $79.71 to my Onpath debit account
