I got a new phone.my nephew tried to set it up. Could not remember my old gmail account nor the password so I guess he's set up a new account. I had over 900 contacts on my phone sun which I can't replace but I had them cloud. I saw that they for a brief moment transferred. Now they're gone. Just left Verizon help center and the only thing they can figure out is that they were transferred to my old gmail account. They need to get into that so they can help me retrieve all of my contacts
