I bought a Phillips cordless waterpic from Best Buy on August 8 2019 according to my credit card records. Yesterday it stopped turning on. The lights come on with the charger but wont turn on or pulse the water. I don't have a physical receipt from Best Buy and don't remember if I sent in the warranty info. Do I have any options?
