I received an eMail from Google. They said they want to send me a text message to verify the accuracy of my phone number. THIS IS MY HOME NUMBER (THE ONLY NUMBER I HAVE), AND IT DOES NOT RECEIVE TEXTS. Please understand that I am retired and handicapped and cannot afford two phones. I am retired and am living on a limited income. Google should have more than one way to confirm I am here. Why can't they just call as opposed to text?
