Hi Chris, I live in Greenville South Carolina and the store is still closed here at Haywood Mall. I’ve have a MacBook Pro that has been without a battery for months now and I have been holding out in the hopes of bringing it to the store to get it replaced. I really would like to get this resolved but I’m reluctant to send it away. I am absolutely sure the battery is shot since we went through this effort with one of your fellow techs. What are my alternatives and what are the time frames involved. Thanks Don
