Yes I bought a Westinghouse Roku TV and it wouldn't accept the link when I went to roku.com link and I put the code in it didn't work so when I called the number that was at the bottom of that screen I was connected to somebody and they put me on hold and I was disconnected and I haven't been able to get back through to them the number no longer goes through
