I have tried calling in since they first installed my service last month no help we did all these reset tests took an hour service is not enough to even use it buffers all the time . I asked for service man to come I am on contract for 3 months feee and they refused . I am going to have to demand it be serviced and be useable or I will stop payment . I don’t want to do that but I have no service no customer service and you are still taking my money I am fed up and service is 30 days old
