I ordered a jacket from Dailyootd.com and it doesn't fit. I emailed the company and asked if I could have directions on how to exchange it. They replied that they would not exchange because of shipping costs. They offered me a 3usd card instead. I would like to exchange only or get my money back. Can you help me with this?
