I don't know I just moved into a new place and hooked up my Blu-ray 3D Samsung player and it is just going to continuously say load no DVD and move over to the other icon on the main screen and then shut itself on and off and it just keeps redoing it over and over again

I am trying to order prints from my Samsung phone and it suggests I hold down the first photo for a few seconds then click on the rest to order multiple pictures. I have tried many times unsucessfully. I want to order over 100 so it is important to do this.
