Case ID #PP-D-79140830 I am inquiring about this case. It is set to close on 8/23, however I tried to escalate it. Yesterday I wrote to the resolution center but I have not received a reply. I am seeking a refund since it has been since July 21st that I placed my order. Can you help with this?
