We had someone paint our house and after he was done. He forgot to put wire springs that you protect your doors with so he came back and did it. Then a few days later we noticed some paint showing through so he told my wife he would come back at the end of the week and do it and he never called or came back it has been weeks now and I texted with him a couple of days ago and he told me that legally he only had to do a walk through and that he told me to paint my self so I am contacting you to see if we have any recourse or is there a watch dog agency over painters?
