I need to speak to somebody in reference to a limited account. Every time I go to buy something online that PayPal is connected to and says can verify account. I went through everything this morning and I am me and said that I have locked in packs that there are no action against me there are no actions that were passed I never had an account I need to Speak to someone to solve this problem
