Hi, when we watch a movie, it freezes and sometimes the little circle will appear after a while and it clears itself. Most of the time, a message will appear saying we are sorry but to try again. It is most annoying ! Also, when we get the prime video screen up to look at the choices, when we choose a movie, and hit okay, it will not start to play. We have to move the arrow to watch trailer, or to another movie, and then go back to the movie we want to watch and hit okay. Sometimes that works and sometimes it does not. We enjoy Prime, but it does comes with some difficulty in making ir work smoothly.
