I order a couple of things and paid through paypal . I received an email saying one has shipped over three months ago and I still do not have the item . I have tried to contact them but it does not go through . I also have tried to open my paypal account to check on dates and amounts and order numbers but it will not accept my password . I do not know just what to do about this . I am very upset at the moment that I do not have my items and can not get into my account .
