My 10 yEAR old daughter has set up her profile. She does not have a phone which I selected when prompted. Her card will not activate as they said they sent a code to her. She can not get a code because she does not have a phone. No where on the sight can I find support to get her card up and running. Your gear in the corner provides no support for activating the card for those without a phone. We have installed the app on an iPad she uses and it is still the same challenge. I can not activate.
