I purchased two Copper fit side & back sleepers. After 3 weeks of trying this pillow I would like a refund. The pillow pressed on the back of my neck and I get headaches during the night. I have tried different positions with no success. I charged these with my credit card. Please tell me how to go about requesting a total refund. Becky
