Yes Chris my name is Debbie I'm calling from Cincinnati Ohio I tried to call you all on yesterday but I need to speak with a live agent someone has fraudulently went in my account and they have used up things like Google some type of membership three times for $46 they've used up YouTube music $10 or so many times and it has started from January I did not realize it I went into the hospital in June to get my knee knee replacement and they told me the bank gave me a reference number to give you and the calls and Merchants now so far I have not been able to get any mom and I can't give out my new car right because my old I got rid of my old card so I'm trying to find out what do I do I need to have my money back in my account this is terrible
