Just had a weird experience. Received a call from an unknown caller. It rang for about 5 minutes. I didn't answer it. Finally, it stopped ringing. Even though it stopped ringing, the caller's number remained on the screen. I tried to shut down my Samsung S9. When I did that, I got a screen that asked me to put my PIN in to open the phone so that I could shut it down. I didn't do that. I did a soft restart (holding down power button and lower volume button at the same time). I had to hold it down for about a minute. At first it wasn't responsive; then it flickered; and finally it restarted. I need help to decide on next steps: should I put my PIN in and start using the phone, or should I do something else?
