My last 4 reservations cancelled at the last minute and airbnb refunded 100% of their money. I did not even know the last one cancelled until I did not receive a payout. I called as I do have a wait list which could have filled the spot. While I understand about the pandemic I feel like have had done my share of massive refunds and people are will aware of the situation out there. I still have bills to pay. To cancel a reservation without an email is very poor practice. To give 100% back to people 2 days prior to their arrival is insane. This is a very large home and takes a lot of money to operate. I called and 2 days later still waiting for a call back.
