On Aug 18, I attempted to place an order for a Garden Pruner and I supplied my name, address, etc. but it would not permit any payment except Paypal. That card had been cancelled so I did not place the order. I found the product somewhere else, placed an order and charged it on my Amex . Now I got a notice today that they were billed to pay Yokawa Network $35.96????? Please advise what I should do now. lou1080@hotmail.com -or 228-220-1387.
