Chris...hello. I ordered online 2 DVD if the movie LaLa Land...date ordered was June 13, 2020. I have been trying for weeks to be able to talk to someone. Neither one of the dvds work....one just breaks up and the second one actually has a message that comes on screen about some kind of illegally copying and the movie will not play any further. Can I return these and get a credit on my Am Express account?
