Cancel our appointment...on the phone I was told Saturday between 12 and 4 pm , just called rcn and the message said 8am and 12 noon Sunday ?????what is correct....cancel the tech for both days. RCN is really SCREWED UP...send me a e-mail to gsa1112@aol.com
