I need to talk to someone on the phone about my Canon mg 3600 printer that I can't seem to connect to my Wi-Fi network. Got a new modem and the wi-fi people switched me over to some other networks and I don't know how to fix it. I follow the instructions online Canon website and it is not working or I'm doing it wrong. I'm hoping someone can call me and we can do it over the phone. That is how I did it when I got a new modem in 2019. I talked to a can. I talked to a Canon Tech on the phone at that time and it worked. But I can't get anyone on the phone at Canon today. Don't know why. Can you help me over the phone?
