I have a problem with your policy of not selling an item off the showroom floor. They wouldn’t sell me a recliner off the floor. The salesman told me I would have to wait till their shipment came in. He said they would be shipped in 6 to 8 weeks! I told him I was leaving to 2 weeks and I needed it before I leave. He basically told me to bad I still can’t buy the floor model!! Why the Hell can I not buy the floor model? They can put another one out in 6 to 8 weeks!!
