I have roko I pay for and Netflix built in my 55" inch Vizio either one comes in im sure it's tv problem because everyone in house gets it but me. I've checked connects and made sure on correct hdmi settings. I sent Vizio to call me had to go outside climb latter to get serial# but they still don't call back
