Hi Chris I’ve ordered from red bubble several times and have spent a lot of money. I just received my last order of 8 masks and as soon as I put on 3 of them the strap broke. I feel that i should be given some type of credit as I’ve already fixed both masks on my own as to not have to wait to return and the long wait to receive new merchandise. Thank you.
